EXCHANGES:

You may exchange your garment if:
– The item/s are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
– The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
– You notify Double Trouble Gang to exchange within seven days of receiving the product.
– The original proof of purchase e-receipt is provided.
Please note that all custom design orders are final and there are no exchanges available.
Please note that there are no exchanges available on any sale items including items purchased with a promotional or discount code.
 

REFUNDS:

Double Trouble will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where:
– The items are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
– You notify Double Trouble for a refund / exchange within seven days of receiving the product.
– The items are faulty (unless caused by you).
– The items have not been worn, damaged or washed.
– Your received items are different to the goods in which you ordered.
– The original proof of purchase e-receipt is provided.
Please note, we do not refund the original shipping fees, nor do we refund return shipping or cover shipping of replacement items.
Please also note that all custom design orders are final and there are no refunds available.
Please note that there are no refunds available on any sale items including items purchased with a promotional or discount code.
 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

– Email Double Trouble (hello@doubletroublegang.com) to request your return authorisation number within seven days of receiving your order.
– Please include in the email your customer order number, and which item/s you would like to exchange or return.
– Once your exchange/refund has been approved, we will send you an email with the information you need to return your item/s.
Please note, once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your exchange/refund within five business days. For refunds please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card / method of payment.
Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed as faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid, via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
